Throughout my 20-year professional journey, I've experienced the challenges of major company layoffs, periods of unemployment, and career pivots. These experiences have provided me with invaluable insights into navigating the emotional roller coaster of the job search.
Part of what shapes my coaching is having lived through that disruption firsthand. My path to becoming a Career Coach has unfolded organically, shaped by diverse life experiences. From mentoring college women to obtaining my Masters in Counseling Psychology and serving as an HR Manager, each step has led me to where I stand today.
