Stop second-guessing your career decisions and start taking action. The Career Confidence Glow Up program is your five - week journey to recognize your value, trust your career decisions, and cash out with confidence

What Makes Career Confidence Glow Up Different? Our proven framework is built on years of coaching and tailored tools designed specifically for women reentering or navigating career transitions. We take a holistic approach, addressing not just the "what" but the "how" of career confidence—focusing on mindset, emotional resilience, and strategy. With over eight years of experience coaching women through career changes, I understand the unique challenges you face and am here to guide you toward a thriving, fulfilling career.

How often will we be meeting? We will meet once a week for 60 minutes on Saturdays Eastern Standard Time. The first session will be on March 1, 2025, and the last session will be on March 29, 2025. All sessions are virtual.

What’s the time commitment? The program requires an hour per week for a live group session, plus 30 minutes to an hour for homework between sessions. We meet on Saturdays Eastern Standard Time, starting March 1, 2025.

Can I join if I’m not actively job searching? Yes. This program is not just about getting a job. It’s about building confidence in your career decisions, no matter where you are in your journey.

Will I get personalized support? Yes. You will receive two individual sessions: a 15-minute Pre-Assessment before the group sessions start, and a 30-minute one-on-one session between sessions 2 and 5.

What if I can’t make a session? Attendance and participation are crucial to the program's success, so I highly recommend committing to all sessions. However, I understand that things come up. If you miss a session, I will ensure you receive the resources and materials needed to stay on track.

Will the sessions be recorded? Some portions of the sessions will be recorded, but for the safety and privacy of participants, most of the content will not be. However, there will be course materials available in your program guide.

Are payment plans available? Yes. You can choose between a full payment or a two-installment payment option via Stripe. If you select full payment, you also have the option to use Klarna or Affirm for a flexible payment plan.

Do you have a refund policy? A full refund is available within five days of purchase if you decide the program isn’t the right fit for you. No Refunds After Five Days: Due to the nature of this live coaching experience and the resources provided, refunds will not be issued after the five-day window. Commitment to Your Growth: Confidence-building and career transformation require commitment. If you actively participate by attending at least 80% of sessions, engaging in the exercises, and implementing the guidance provided—and you still don’t feel more confident in your career decisions—reach out to us, and we will discuss how we can further support your growth.

This is a big-time commitment, how will I know I’m getting my money’s worth? While I can’t guarantee immediate immediate job placement, my clients consistently report feeling more confident, prepared, and supported in their careers after completing the program.
