After your purchase is complete, you'll receive a download link via email. Please save your files to a device or cloud storage you trust, as download links may expire. If you don't see your email within a few minutes, check your spam folder before reaching out.
If Something Goes Wrong
If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, email me at zeinab@zeinabkahera.com within 7 days of purchase and I'll resend the file. Technical issues are not the same as a change of mind — refunds are still not offered, but I'll always make sure you can access what you paid for.
